Sisto started in the auto business in the late 1980's working in a get ready department. Eventually he matriculated into the sales department. He sold vehicles while attending Towson University. He had the honor of working on the same sales floor as his Dad, who sold cars for 57 years. Sisto currently holds certification from Toyota (TQFM Certified). He has held several different positions from Sales manager, F&I manager, to currently F&I Director. Sisto started with Koons July 2012. He chose Koons for the opportunity to better himself and his family. Sisto has three amazing children, Madison, Sisto III, and Cooper. He is happily married to his incredible wife, Amber.

Maurice is a native of Coquimbo, Chile. He was fortunate to be able to migrate with his family from Chile to the U.S. in 1969. Maurice was raised in Miami and attended high school there. Upon graduating from high school, Maurice married and had two beautiful girls. He moved to Maryland in 1991. Maurice enjoys working out, hiking, playing guitar and spending time with his daughters.

Aleta has been in the auto industry since 1979 and has worked for Koons since 2001. Aleta has successfully completed the Maryland Automobile Dealers Association's yearly "Titling and Registration Procedures" course for the last 20 years.
Prior to working in the car business, Aleta trained and showed American Quarter Horses. Aleta also enjoyed painting with oils, charcoal, and pastels.
