Today, the city is a bustling urban area featuring a plethora of tourist spots and attracting visitors from all over the world. Driving from Annapolis to downtown Philadelphia takes a little over an hour driving. Although this is one of the largest urban areas in the United States, most tourist attractions in Philadelphia can be reached on foot.
